WORDSWORTH didn't win after his reappearance success at the Curragh a year ago but finished runner-up in the Group 1 Grand Prix De Paris and the Queen's Vase and was placed in the Irish Derby. He disappointed in the Irish St Leger Trial but should get back on the winning trail. Barbados has a poor strike-rate of 2-25 and ran moderately on his all-weather debut at Dundalk while Sunchart was beaten a long way in a Group 2 over this trip at the Curragh last June and didn't race subsequently. Phoenix Cowboy was in very good form last summer but Distant Chimes hasn't been seen since 2019 when he completed a four-timer for Sir Mark Prescott.
