Derry Lad didn't show much in maidens before a placed effort on his handicap debut then a victory over the track and trip. He's up 8lb but could still be on a lenient mark. THE LADY'S BID has a fine record around here, scoring over the trip in 2020 and finishing second twice including in her final start in October. She's on a lowly mark and Wesley Joyce's claim is a major plus. Tooso has changed stables and may be capable of better on her handicap bow but Barretstown looks well exposed despite running reasonably well at Dundalk. Clueless Hill has a similar profile to the latter though is only 3lb higher than his last winning mark. Darkened was engaged in the 6.20 at Leopardstown yesterday and Lily Like in the 3.40.
