Verdict

Easy Game won this last year and arrives in winning form having won a three-runner race at Listowel. He had earlier just failed to concede 4lb to stable companion Royal Rendezvous in the Galway Plate and there's nothing between the pair again. PUT THE KETTLE ON retained a remarkable Cheltenham record when landing the Champion Chase in March, her fourth victory there from as many starts. She didn't reproduce that form in the Celebration Chase at Sandown but goes well fresh and can make a winning return. Hardline was in touch when falling two out in this a year ago but hasn't run since while Castlegrace Paddy was less than a length behind Easy Game in a Fairyhouse Grade 2 in April. Abbey Magic won a handicap at the Galway Festival but this is very much tougher.
