JAZZ, the only one with racecourse experience, was rather disappointing second time up at Ascot when well supported to build on an encouraging Newbury debut in a race that has worked out supremely well. It's far too early to give up on the Danehill Dancer colt though and he's afforded another chance, albeit against potentially useful newcomers. Double Czech is given the closest of attention in light of his yard's outstanding form at present whilst the two-pronged assault by the Hannon team is obviously dangerous. Downturn and Wahaab both appeal on paper and the market should be a useful guide to their respective chances but we'll stick with Jazz to put that Ascot disappointment behind him.
