      Verdict

      Solar Screen returns to action having been gelded and makes his handicap debut for new connections. He may well figure upped in distance but most of these drop down in trip including PRINCE IMPERIAL. The latter never figured over 2m on the all-weather on his reappearance but ended last year with a victory over today’s trip at Bath and will likely be thereabouts at the finish. Platitude scored over course and distance back in 2018 but hasn’t won since while Thai Terrier has struggled lately and the returning Orin Swift is preferred.
