In depth

Verdict

It may not be an original selection but King's Point looks to be progressing very nicely and he is confidently expected to get off the mark today. Possibly at the main expense of Love Triangle and Giacole, who debut run was boosted by Sketch at Folkestone on Friday. However, King's Point looked to be beaten by the track at Epsom before putting in a final furlong spurt in the Woodcote Stakes at Epsom earlier in the month. And a repeat of that effort would see him breeze past this weaker opposition.
