Red Refraction has been placed in all three starts this year and was taking on better opposition last time at Ascot. He's not getting much respite from the handicapper but should be thereabouts again and Richard Hughes prefers him to Lord Ofthe Shadows. Czech It Out has yet to make the frame in three starts here but is lightly-raced and Bluegrass Blues should be approaching peak fitness after a couple of runs. Related was second three times last year but hasn't raced since October. TAKE A NOTE stopped quickly once headed on his return to action at Brighton but should have benefited from the outing and might take some pegging back if allowed an easy lead on this track.
