Daylami Star gets the vote ahead of Art Investor, Rajaall and Rayhani. It has to be said first of all that Daylami Star has had more chances than most, but John Gosden's charge will hopefully put his experience to good use today to open his account. The son of Daylami has been crying out for the step up in trip after running on at the end of his races, most recently in nursery company at Haydock. An honest sort, he is still coming to hand so will surely pay to follow before too long, and back in maiden company today he has a first-rate opportunity. Art Investor did not enjoy the best of runs here last time and will be another popular choice on this, Amanda Perrett's local track, while Rajaall is out to advertise the form of the Newmarket race won by Primary. Mick Channon's juvenile stayed on well that day and has an extra two furlongs to travel now. Rayhani ran quite green behind Winged Cupid on his Sandown debut and will know a bit more now, but for the winner we return to Daylami Star.
