      Verdict

      There was some cut in the ground when ISTANBUL SULTAN (NAP) finished runner-up at Yarmouth. Doing his best work at the finish, he can open his account over this extra furlong. Starcaster showed some ability on his debut when third at Leicester and is preferred to We Know while Perfect Blue is related to a host of winners and may prove the pick of the newcomers ahead of Loxley and Racing Country, who both sport Godolphin colours for different yards.
