OSIRIS WAY is a consistent performer and came back to winning ways when successful here last month but a 3lb rise for that victory leaves him with more to do and a better bet looks to be Perfect Flight, who gets the vote with Baldemar rated the pick of the remainder. The selection has run out a good winner of his last two starts, latterly over course and distance, and a 7lb rise for that latest success is perfectly fair. Richard Hannon's Chartist disappointed here last time but may do better back on a more testing surface, while Masai Moon could probably do with some help from the handicapper. King's Caprice does handle cut in the ground but he is out of form at present and looks best watched with a bigger threat likely to come from Baldemar. Karl Burke's gelding was good value for his win at Ripon last time and has solid claims off just a 4lb higher mark today. Plenty have claims but it is Perfect Flight that has probably the most obvious chance and he gets the vote.
