Verdict

The unexposed KATHLEEN FRANCES has proved highly progressive since being switched to handicaps and having won with load to spare at York last time out can go in again with a similar effort under this revised rating. Based on the pick of her form Dolphina looks fairly treated on handicap debut so should have a say in the outcome while Judiciary was expected to go better last time but might be worth giving another chance now back to his last winning mark. A open handicap but Kathleen Frances may still be ahead of the assessor.
