Verdict

Cheekpieces could bring about some improvement in Scenery. Austin Powers has been placed in both starts this year but has crept up the weights again without winning. Quick Breath couldn’t cope with a weight rise at Salisbury after winning at Windsor so Richard Hannon may hold the key to this. Lamya looked useful last year and may have needed her reappearance at Chester but Tom Marquand rides ROYAL HOUSEHOLD, who gets the nod. He landed the odds in a novice auction event here a year ago and should appreciate a switch back to Turf, despite a good run at Lingfield in April.
