Goshen has a brilliant strike-rate of 9-22 though it could have been even better with a bit of luck over timber. He's high-class over obstacles and has plenty of pace but was beaten over the track and trip a year ago and might just need his first run back. Pride Of Priory completed a hat-trick on the all-weather and fast ground before finding soft going against him at Haydock where he also failed to obtain a clear run. Providing the going doesn't ease further, he should make a bold bid though the vote goes to AJERO. Kim Bailey's charge, five times a winner over hurdles, finished runner-up in the Duke Of Edinburgh over this trip at Royal Ascot before dropping down to 1m1f and scoring here. He missed the break and never got involved at Sandown last time but can bounce back. Saratoga Gold has won around here and is on a four-timer but steps up in grade.
