They may well split into two groups here which further complicates a typically open sprint. Linda Green receives our hopeful nomination with Nordic Light and Caustic Wit others to the fore of our thinking. The selection hasn't won for a year and finds it more difficult to get her head in front these days but she has slipped to an attractive mark as a result. Trip and ground should pose no problems and she may benefit from Holland taking over in the saddle whilst her low draw puts her in with a decent shout. Caustic Wit is drawn on the other side of the track and should get sufficient room in which to mount his challenge. He comes into the race in reasonable form, is on a fair mark and has won for Richard Hughes in the past. Last but by no means least of our trio is Nordic Light who looked a little bit more like his old self in first time blinkers at Brighton last time. He's no more than fairly treated but could land a race of this nature if he can continue to head in the right direction. For our selection, though, we'll come back to Linda Green.
