Verdict

Mark Johnston, who has won three of the last four, trains the top and bottom weights with Ryan Moore on board Blown By Wind, who has struggled at the weights since runner-up to Awe at Newmarket in June. Joe Fanning takes the ride on Warning Fire, who was on a hat-trick when attempting to make all over a mile here on Tuesday but was caught in the dying strides. She can actually race from a 3lb lower mark so has to be on the shortlist. Marhaba Milliar returned after a long break to land a Yarmouth handicap from a subsequent winner. He's up 5lb though has much more to offer but so does LAND OF LEGENDS. The Godolphin colt followed an easy victory at Kempton with a handicap debut success at Newmarket where he had a bit in hand so a 5lb rise doesn't look enough to prevent a follow up. Bayroot is held by Marhaba Milliar on collateral form via his Newmarket conqueror Motakhayyel.
