Black Cat Bobby, Rock Etoile and Cisco Disco finished first, fourth and fifth here on Monday in a desperate finish which saw the first five separated by less than a length. There's an extra furlong and a half to cover today and much will depend on which gaps open at the right time. Choosing between the trio makes no appeal. Alpine Sierra has just a fourth start and doesn't look particularly well treated on handicap debut but hails from the Weld yard and a first-time visor is applied so the delivery of major improvement would not surprise. However, SASSIFIED may prove too good as he's looked an improved performer the last twice since being gelded and dropped in trip.
