Verdict

Kasakh Noir had some smart form over hurdles for Dan Skelton though didn't show much in two starts over fences late last year. Smitty Bacall ran well over fences at Wexford last time though that was over 3m1f but The Holy One would have been involved in the finish at Limerick earlier this month but for falling at the last. The four-year-old Smiling Eliza is making her chasing debut and stable companion Western Honour has much more experience but Emmet Mullins won this last year and ZERO TEN looks a very interesting recruit to chasing. A point-to-point and bumper winner, he was only beaten once in four starts over timber and ended with a smooth victory over the smart The Big Dog at Punchestown in May.
