One favourite in the past 18 years has won this. Silverhand, successful a year ago, ran well in the Galway Hurdle on Thursday and is no forlorn hope to follow-up under a useful claimer. Several others have been involved at the meeting earlier in the week including London Bridge, runner-up in a novice hurdle and making his handicap debut from a very fair mark. Eagle's Pass, winner of a chase at Killarney a couple of weeks ago, is looking well handicapped over timber and ran very well behind Foster's Cross on Monday. Inspector Clouseau ran better than his finishing position indicates behind Moon Dice on Thursday and stablemate Wee Giant ran well behind Rainforest Magic on the Flat on Tuesday. SEBADEE defied a bad mistake at the last to gain a very easy victory at Killarney. He's 10lb higher here but will take some beating in that kind of mood and gets the vote. Double Seven is progressing at a rate of knots and looks a big threat after an impressive victory at Tipperary.
