Verdict
This looks a question of whether Owennacurra Milan is ready after a break. He was in superb form at the beginning of the year and climbed a massive 30lb in the ratings. He couldn't quite cope at Gowran on his final start but has gone well when fresh in the past so should get into the mix with his rider's claim a bonus. Lastoftheleaders is another returning from an absence but he's really well handicapped compared to his chase rating and must be a threat if ready. First Impressions produced his best run for a long time at Fairyhouse a couple of weeks ago and Is Herself About enters the argument as she was in excellent form at this time a year ago. FLYING LIGHT won a maiden over the C&D last month and his overall form will make him difficult to beat from this sort of mark. Park Ranger is still a maiden after 10 starts over timber but shouldn't be discounted in an open contest.
