Verdict
Optum made the running until caught on the line at Thurles in March and Rachael Blackmore takes over from an amateur. RAGNAR LODBROK showed enough in two of the hottest bumpers of last season to suggest he could be useful over hurdles and gets the nod though Rosgalme stayed on strongly to land a Thurles bumper in November and Noel Meade's horse are in fine form. The Broghie Man, better known as a smart sprinter, has had eight starts over hurdles and doesn't appear to have made any real progress.
