Riven Light had been threatening to win for some time before doing so here on Tuesday where he appeared to have a bit in hand. That was over 7f but this is much more his trip and a 7lb penalty shouldn't prevent another big run. Canary Row is generally consistent at this sort of level and gained reward with a very easy victory on heavy going at Gowran so the more rain the better. Baraweez won this in 2014 and a year later and Brian Ellison completed a hat-trick a year ago with Dream Walker. The former was behind Riven Light here on Tuesday but will find this trip more to his liking but the latter, who was just in front in third, looks to have the better chance this time. TITHONUS is a standing dish around the Curragh and has won on heavy ground there. He's also scored on this track and, though rising rapidly through the ratings, doesn't look to have finished yet and Gary Halpin's claim is a bonus.
