    Verdict

    Bashkirov had a couple of poor runs at the fixture last year and appears outclassed but Shadow Eile should attract some support as she arrived here on Monday in superb form having won a Grade 2 hurdle in April and a success over this trip on the Flat at Bellewstown. She ran reasonably well behind Midnight Music and is no forlorn hope. DISTANT MEMORIES, a Listed winner on the Flat for Tom Tate, scored over timber on his debut for Tom Taaffe but has stuggled since. His overall form on the level, however, suggests he'll be too good off level terms for Notable Graduate, who is rated 12lb below him though Dermot Weld will have the latter firing on all cylinders and it may be closer than the ratings suggest.
