Glengar was hampered when unseating his rider at Newton Abbot last week but had only finished third off this mark at Southwell previously. Given his breeding, it’s reasonable to expect that Favori De Sivola will leave his hurdles form behind now tackling fences but SEASIDE GIRL (NAP) is just preferred on this occasion. She is a half-sister to four winners and has already won a point-to-point so a switch to chasing and a further step up in trip should not be a problem. Hattaab is also worth a second look but he needs to improve his strike-rate.
