Verdict

Boardroom Dancer can win this at the expense of Sesame Rambler and Perange. The selection has though risen nine pounds in the weights since winning over course and distance last time out. That was his first win in nearly two years and he was in danger of becoming a professional loser. But with confidence now back on his side at a track that he clearly likes he has to be respected once more. Sesame Rambler will pose as the biggest danger. He has been in great form this spring getting placed on his first two starts and then winning here over a much shorter trip. That has to raise eye brows as he bids to win over three parts of a mile further and is therefore treated with caution. Perange is only four pounds higher for winning at Kempton last month. He seems in great spirits at present but again steps up in trip on what is a stiff track which will not be ideal. So for the winner we return to Boardroom Dancer.
