Placed twice over 2m here around the turn of the year, it would be no surprise to see Filou Des Issards make a winning reappearance over this longer trip for a successful trainer/jockey combination. But there is a good chance than DANTE’S VIEW will have learned plenty from his debut third at Southwell so George Baker’s four-year-old, a former Sir Michael Stoute inmate who placed several times on the Flat, gets the nod.
