      Verdict

      INTERNE DE SIVOLA has the strongest form of those penalised for winning. He was well beaten in Grade 2 company at Cheltenham last time along with previous Kempton winner Silver Shade but gets the vote on his earlier success at the same track. Hayedo came good in a maiden hurdle at Hereford last month but has plenty to find with the selection on these terms while Harlem Soul is preferred to My Ticketyboo of the remaining pair.
