Verdict
VIC DE TOUZAINE is bred to jump fences and makes his debut over the bigger obstacles after showing potential over hurdles since arriving from France. He looks the one to be on, despite a big weight. Agincourt Reef is a regular around here over timber and won at this fixture two years ago but could just need this after a very long absence. Amidon has disappointed over hurdles after looking a decent prospect, mainly due to poor jumping. He might find fences more to his liking and looks well enough handicapped. Winning hurdler The Mumper made an encouraging start over fences two years ago but failed to build on that in his next two starts that season and has an extremely long lay-off to overcome.
