Sisania didn't show much on the Flat but was heavily supported to make a successful debut over timber on this track and battled on bravely after making most. She didn't run nearly as well at Ludlow, though she was up against better opposition. Her stable companion East Indies, a winner on the Flat for John Gosden, made a successful debut over hurdles at Plumpton but found the Grade 2 Triumph Hurdle Trial at Cheltenham way beyond him and was pulled up. Paul Nicholls' newcomer Volpone Jelois has already had 24 starts on the Flat in France and won four times, though in minor company. He'll be winning again in time but this should go to RAINBOW DREAMER. Alan King's charge, a decent handicapper on the level with a rating of 88, couldn't cope with the odds-on Dolos on his hurdling debut but was still thought good enough to run in Listed company at Wetherby where he ran really well to finish third.
