This is a very tricky opener but we're inclined to give another chance to the wayward MERCERS COURT, who finished ahead of Unowhatimeanharry over a slightly shorter trip here last month and was clear when swerving and unseating Trevor Whelan on the run-in in a handicap over course and distance subsequently. Gun Shy was no match for Ellnando Queen at Plumpton last time but was a course winner here earlier and dual Uttoxeter winner Shubaat hasn't done a lot wrong since being pulled up on his hurdles bow. Chinatown Boy was only beaten a short-head at Wincanton and also goes on the short-list along with Towcester scorer Lily Little Legs.
