Verdict

So many letters on view here that we could get a decent scrabble score from a number of these. Gielgud and Cowboyboots look the more likelier winners and we will cross our fingers and hope that Gielgud can reproduce something like his Kempton effort to score. Nigel Twiston-Davies has been sending out plenty of winners of late and with major market rival Cowboyboots looking better when there is some cut in the ground, we will give him the nod once again. Soprano Lass and Steppes are exposed as moderate and will need something serious to happen to the market principals in order to land this prize. Gielgud looks set to give them a masterclass.
