Otto The First looks best of those with experience though he was still beaten nine lengths when runner-up in heavy ground at Yarmouth last time. Better is expected on a quicker surface today but one of the newcomers should prove good enough. Red Adair and Warrant Officer both have entries in the Two-Year-Old Trophy and market moves for either could prove significant but Peter Chapple-Hyam's strike rate at this track bears close inspection. The Newmarket trainer has won with four of the five two-year-old runners he's sent here in recent years and the vote goes the way of MAXENTIUS on that basis.
