Crafty Calling has shown very little so far this term but is thrown in at the weights and Paul Cole's colt gets the vote over Jonny Ebeneezer and Pedro Jack. The last mentioned is another that has failed to sparkle of late but is reasonably well treated on his best form. A bigger threat looks likely to come from Jonny Ebeneezer, who is at least in good heart at present but is probably better over further. The three-year-old Jasmine Pearl receives plenty of weight from her rivals but is difficult to recommend on recent evidence, a comment that also applies to Firework. Arogant Prince and Power Bird make limited appeal in a race where the vote goes to Crafty Calling. The four-year-old comes from a stable that does well with its runners in this grade and is taken to make the most of the favourable weights.
