Verdict
Orangeleg and Cavendish Road will be popular but DICEY AFFAIR caught the eye last time and is given the chance to confirm that promise. Orangeleg will be many people's idea of the likeliest winner having made light of his initial mark at Brighton and he's effectively just a pound higher with his jockey claiming five. He looked value for more than the neck which he beat Sermons Mount by and will be expected to go close. Cavendish Road returned to winning ways at the seaside venue and is only 3lbs higher as a result. His yard is enjoying a purple patch, he's won over course and distance and should give a good account. Set Em Up Mo may fare better on turf whilst Highland Starlight is well worth keeping an eye on now handicapping but Dicey Affair is preferred. She's up a pound for her latest run but down seven from her initial mark so looks well enough treated whilst Dettori isn't a bad replacement for Pat Dobbs who was aboard last time. That run was at Newbury where she finished well from off the pace despite the rider dropping the reins. It was a step up on her recent form and suggests Dicey Affair is ready to score.
