Verdict

Our Samson, Come Bye and Green Prospect are three against the field in this desperate seller and the narrow vote is given to Come Bye. The selection was a fair second behind High Hope last time out, this represents a drop in class and under conditions that suit he looks the one to be on. Our Samson rates the main danger on his latest second behind Eastern Point but he often finds less than expected off the bridle and at likely odds he is taken on. Green Prospect is another that could go well on his latest fourth behind Gaelic Roulette but all his best form is on a faster surface. Of the remainder, Madison Avenue is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but he is hard to win with, and so, although we would not be very confident, Come Bye is the selection.
