Verdict

Free Speech's run in the previous race will be a pointer to HUNT BALL's chance in this as Kieran Burke's charge beat the former over 2m5f here last month before scoring easily at Fontwell. The six-year-old appears to be improving at a rate of knots and should be capable of defying a penalty to land his hat-trick today. Jan Jandura has been knocking on the door but may again find at least one too good under top weight and Fleur De Vassy hasn't been seen since pulling up at Hereford in February when trained by Venetia Williams. The others have little to recommend them though Runaway Harry could possibly improve for the switch to fences.
