Personal Assurance is likely to be sent off a short-price following his debut third at Market Rasen, however both the first two from that race have since been beaten in their next races. Although the form reads well enough to suggest he can make his present felt in this weak bumper, it has taken enough knocks just to have a look around for some value here. The TEAMtalk selection therefore goes to the Venetia Williams-trained Samuel Charles who makes his debut here but is eye-catching on the breeding and represents a stable who have an excellent record in these type of races. He should offer a bit of value while the rest are very difficult to get excited about although it would be no surprise to see newcomers Pimlico and Spud One run into a place.
