    Verdict

    Sir Mark Prescott has his runners firing on all cylinders now and FIRE FIGHTER will be a short price to follow-up last month's win over 1m4f at this track. He won without being asked a question on that occasion and should get every yard of today's longer trip. Kadouchski also arrives on the back of a win having scored at the same meeting here as the selection. He lacks the scope of his younger rival however, though he should take care of Whitcombe Spirit, who has yet to win in 13 starts on the Flat.
