A large field goes to post for this novices hurdle however, on closer inspection not many can be given a serious chance of winning but the principals look to be Bohemian Boy, Bay Kenny and Supreme Hill. The gelding from the Charlie Mann yard has had every chance until falling on his last two runs over fences but now he reverts back to hurdles he is taken to score, when last seen over hurdles he was fourth behind the useful Petanque and a reproduction of that effort would make him hard to beat. Bohemian Boy rates the main danger he is from the bang in form Mark Pitman yard and won well on his debut when defeating Whitford Don. However, although he is sure to improve he will need to do so to defy his penalty. Bay Kenny is another that could go well. He is a bumper winner and was a fair fourth on his hurdling debut in a much better race behind Trabolgan, he has definite place claims. Of the remainder Thorpeness is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market but we are happy to side with Supreme Hill.
