Verdict

FLETCHERS FLYER (NAP) could be a useful addition to the hurdling ranks and should be too good for these. His victory in a Punchestown bumper in April could hardly have worked out much better as the second won next time and the third won his next two starts. Shantou Bob has also won a point-to-point and a bumper and is another with a future while Joffrey will have learnt plenty from his run at Carlisle in the spring. Padge beat last season's Albert Bartlett winner Very Wood between the flags last year and is another interesting runner while Tom Neary wasn't beaten far at Wincanton 12 days ago.
