In depth

Verdict

Sabbathical has proved himself much better over fences than hurdles recently, scoring at Bangor on Saturday for his third victory since November. BUMPY JOHNSON (NAP) won over the course and distance in February and his two later runs have been over further. He was caught on the line at Exeter last time and can return to winning ways. King Of Brazil's victory at Warwick came over 2m while Big Ambitions was beaten a long way into third at Lingfield and makes his handicap debut. Message Personnel has shown plenty of potential and is young enough to improve past most of these.
