In depth

Verdict

Evan Williams is again well represented at his local track and Conor Ring's mount Lava Lamp this time looks the pick of his trio, despite collecting a penalty for his victory at Fontwell last month. Pause And Clause generally compete at a higher level but his yard is struggling for winners at present while The Jugopolist has been pulled up twice in a row. Radmores Revenge appears to be running into a bit of form and is dropping down the weights, however, though OPEN DAY is better than he showed at Warwick last month. Second to the useful Dark Lover at Cheltenham earlier and a winner at Leicester in November, Jonjo O'Neill's gelding is well up to winning again at this level.
