Verdict

Unless Court Leney improves dramatically on previous form this term, this looks to be a virtual match between Silent Snipe and Agincourt, with preference for the latter. Silent Snipe failed to follow up his recent Sedgefield success under a 7lb penalty at Leicester on Monday when second to Tino but has an obvious chance off just a 2lb higher mark than at Sedgefield. However, Agincourt put up a solid display of jumping at Towcester on Tuesday in a conditional jockeys' event for which he goes un-penalized. Off the same mark then Agincourt gets the vote.
