Nuit Sombre can return to winning ways here, Ethan Snowflake and Zanjeer could prove the most troublesome. Nicky Henderson's four-year-old had his limitations exposed in a better race at Exeter last time, going down by eight lengths to Say What You See. He had previously beaten Duke of Buckingham in good style Huntingdon and against similar opposition here today he should be capable of taking first prize. Ethan Snowflake has also managed to land a weak prize at over course and distance back in November and wasn't disgraced next time in a better contest at Sedgefield, he looks the main threat to the selection. The other experienced runners have shown very little so the newcomer Zanjeer could represent value for each-way supporters. He was an eight length winner of a Redcar handicap in the summer and will no doubt have been well schooled by his shrewd handler. So all in all not the strongest of races and it should fall to Nuit Sombre
