Verdict

FOXTROT JULIET showed her liking for fast ground when making all to beat the long odds-on Rhythm Is A Dancer at Wincanton. Whether that form is reliable or not is unclear but she doesn't have any more to do here. Ormskirk made most and jumped well when beating three rivals at Leicester in August but ran poorly after a break at Ludlow last week. Highway Star has never won and even a 3lb drop in the ratings probably won't be enough but Uno Mas should find this a bit easier than the Ascot handicap he ran in last time and he wasn't beaten far in his previous two starts. Winning bumper Seven Nation Army has been beaten a long way in recent starts over timber.
