Beau Torero has run well fresh in the past so with fitness unlikely to be an issue, he gets the vote ahead of Drum Native. The selection is a winner over the course and distance and is very much at home on sharp, turning left-handed tracks and effective on any ground apart from a bog, he looks sure to run well despite top-weight. Discomania needs the ground like a road to be at his best and is better suited to selling hurdles races, whilst Silvo fell on his chasing debut and needs to jump better this afternoon. Mycenean Prince is yet to score in 29 starts all told and cannot be fancied here, whilst stablemate Drum Native is less exposed and this ex-Irish sort ran well at the track last time out. This looks straightforward for Beau Torero and he gets the nod.
