In depth

Verdict

Dubai Angel was last of four finishers at Newcastle but is sure to have benefited from the run. Admiral Barratry is another who will strip fitter today while Quick Pick has placed over longer trips the last twice. DUNDRUM WOOD made all at Newcastle and just his second start over the larger obstacles. Despite a 4lb rise, he still looks fairly treated on his hurdles form and can double his tally. Generation Gap will need to jump much better than at Huntingdon and the others also have plenty to prove at present.
