Verdict

The mare Treackle Tart took a further step forward when winning at Warwick last month but might struggle raised a further 6lb. Hepijeu has won his last three over fences, including two here, but is now on a career-high mark. Touch Kick could be interesting but is having a first run since pulled up at Aintree in April. Calipso Collonges has a similar absence to overcome and Marienstar was last seen in January but Cesar Et Rosalie was still travelling when taking a heavy fall at Ffos Las in June. ELKSTONE (NAP) should have few problems staying the 3m here having won over the trip at Kempton a year ago. He bolted up at Huntingdon at the start of the month and an 11lb rise looks fully justified.
