Verdict

Only a neck separated Kimberley Eve and Pure Theatre at Southwell but the former had the benefit of experience. That pair should be involved in the finish here but FAMOUS FUNCTION, a half-brother to two winning jumpers, was picked up by Donald McCain after finishing second in a point at Tyrella in January and can make a winning debut under Rules. Sharp Note and Value Till Dawn may be best of the rest.
