Verdict
Ken's Dream, Toparudi and Flower Haven are the three for the shortlist here with preference for Ken's Dream. Mark Tompkins' Toparudi has only had the one outing to date when finishing second to Nicky Henderson's Tarlac. That is decent form and he also turned in some good performances on the level, placed in two heavy ground contests towards the end of the season. he must be respected and looks sure to go well, but the ground may be a bit quick for him. Flower Haven keeps running well and filling the places but maybe needs a step up in trip to get her head in front. Former useful Flat performer Ken's Dream was having his first outing for eighteen months when finishing a length second at Market Rasen last time to Orcadian and that form looks good enough to win here, provided the famed bounce factor doesn't play a part. Ken's Dream can stamp his authority here.
