In depth

Verdict

Late Night Out is an interesting recruit to the winter game and he is speculatively given the TEAMtalk nod. In all honesty, he will need to win this if Cheltenham or Aintree are to be on the agenda. A Group 3 winner on the flat, he should relish the ground and if his jumping is adequate, he should win albeit at very short odds. Prince Albert was a modest second on debut last season but is fit from a spell on the flat - more is expected today. Ragasah is one to watch in the market. This imposing sort was no great shakes on the flat but his stable is more than capable of having them ready. Nod's Nephew was rated 75 on the flat over distances of around a mile. He will need to answer queries about his stamina if taking this. Kaikovra has at least the form over timber to make a fist of it. His second to Westender at Cheltenham last year reads well and he could be the value price against the flat debutants.
